Terms of Service

General Information⟢ I am a newer fursuit maker, but I always strive to do my best to deliver a commission that we are both happy with!⟢ I hold the rights to use photos and videos of work-in-progress/completed suits for promotional purposes.⟢ In order to keep the price of a commission reasonable, I will not work with materials provided by clients⟢ I reserve the right to refuse working with a client and have no tolerance to harassment and rude behaviour.⟢ I will not make fursuits of already existing IP (eg: Pokemon, Helluva Boss etc)⟢ At the moment I work with pre-made headbases that I feel suit my style, and I will do my best to find one that fits your character best.⟢ My fursuits lean towards a toony/kemono style. If this style does not suit you, I may not be the ideal maker for you.

Age Requirement⟢ Potential clients need to be 18 or older to place an order. Clients 16 and older require written consent from parents or a legal guardian.

Quotes⟢ Quotes can be requested, which will be valid for 6 months. After this period, a new quote can be requested. Receiving a quote from me does not guarantee you a spot for a commission.⟢ Prices stated on my pricing guide are base prices and may increase based on character complexity. Quotes are fixed.

Payment/Deposits⟢ For small or extra parts, full upfront payment is required. For heads and up, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remainder to be paid after completion.⟢ Payment plans may be arranged for larger commissions. Suits will only be delivered after receiving the full amount.

Reference⟢ A valid reference will be required for a commission. Reference sheets have to be 2-point (front and back) at minimum with clear markings. Any additional references will always be helpful on top of an existing reference sheet.⟢ I will not accept AI generated references or written descriptions of a character. Exceptions for written descriptions can be made for simpler/smaller parts (eg handpaws, tail) although having a reference is much preferred.

Sizing & Measurements⟢ For fullsuits, a duct tape dummy (DTD) is required. Invalid DTDs may be rejected.Learn how to make a DTD here.⟢ For partials, only the relevant body measurements will be required.

Shipping & Delivery⟢ I am currently unable to ship outside of Singapore. For small commissions such as fursuit accessories and sticker/badge printing services, local tracked mail can be arranged at an additional cost.⟢ For fursuit and fursuit part commissions, strictly only meetups for collection at my convenience (Stevens/Newton).

Communication⟢ Communication will be done through telegram and updates will be sent frequently from Monday through Friday. Should there be any parts of the suit that you are unhappy with, let me know while it is in progress and I will work on making it to your satisfaction. Major changes will not be accepted once the suit is completed, so please be active when I send updates so I can fix any issues accordingly!⟢ I also have a public Trello queue that will be updated weekly⟢ Before the fursuit is handed off to the client, an option to have a video call with me and a video showcasing the suit will be sent to the client

Process & Turnaround Time⟢ Typical wait time for costumes averages from 3 to 6 months, depending on character complexity/my scheduling etc. Any changes in wait time will be updated ASAP.⟢ A rush fee may be incurred if the client requires the costume to be done in a shorter period of time.⟢ After placing the deposit, a sketch will be created with the clients character design and we will work together to select materials. When the crafting process begins, frequent WIPs will be sent over for any adjustments.⟢ I am NOT open to having clients come to my studio to help/spectate the process.

Costume Rights & Usage⟢ Purchasing a premade fursuit includes the full rights to the character and gives you permission to change and adjust them however you'd like⟢ My work strictly cannot be used to represent any hateful or bigoted ideologies. Doing so will result in a blacklist and block.⟢ Consensual 18+/NSFW activity in my suit is fine

Warranty & Repairs⟢ Repairs to pieces I have made are always welcome (regardless of if you are the original or a new owner)⟢ Repairs/alterations to suit I have made can be made at no additional cost within the first 60 days, as long as the client can hand it over at my convenience.⟢ After the 60 day warranty period, any repairs or alterations that are not due to my error will have to be paid for by the client⟢ Starting August 2026, I will not be offering refurbs/repairs on suits for other makers on an adhoc basis unless I open slots for it.
